I remember reading some stuff taken from the Aztec codices. There’s something in there describing the atmosphere after the Spanish arrived, “everyone was running around like they had taken mushrooms” (or something like that, I’m paraphrasing of course). I missed the reference to hallucinogens til the professor pointed it out. I figure if I want to take mushrooms, I’ll just be going back to my roots.

I really enjoy reading your blog (it helps me getting my rusty spanish back too!) and I think this won’t be my last post.
Last night I went to my friends basketball game (I don’t understand Football so I made myself useful somewhere else!) and their team was formed by many guyz from different parts of Africa. They alwayz amaze me with their confidence and the way they behave like brothers (even if sometimes they fight over a girl!).
I agree with Steven…don’t even think about the BeyedPeas …
