I tend to not speak much on the podcasts I publish here, but this time my good buddy Jorge and I talk a little bit about why we like the songs we chose. (And Jorge teaches us how to yodel). The podcast is in Spanish and English.
Normalmente no hablo mucho en los podcasts que publico aqui, pero esta vez, con mi buen amigo Jorge, charlamos un poco de porque nos gustan las canciones que escogimos. (Y Jorge nos enseña como hacer el yodeling). El podcast es en inglés y español.
Muy interesante, pero me mataron con el ingles.

Awesome - This podcast made French homework taste so much better. ATCQ comes on, smile turns on. The ref. to “Walk on the Wild Side” was great - so often the true roots of what makes rap from the 90’s so great is overlooked.

Walk on the wild side es de mis canciones favoritas de la historia y Lou Reed es de mis cantantes favoritos (no es casualidad que yo haya escogido este ‘aterciopelado’ nick ;-)) y esta versión me gustó aunque la verdad no soy muy hipopero. Y a pesar de no saber que era el yodeling (gracias Jorge por explicarlo) sà habÃa oÃdo un par de canciones antes. Una de ellas creo que la llamaron en su momento la canción más pegajosa del mundo. Y gracias a David por programar esa muy buena mezcla de Radiohead (otra de mis bandas favoritas) que aunque no le gustó al Thom, si fue de todo mi gusto
Ah, y oÃr al Niño Gigante y a Sin Reacción me devolvió 18 años atrás en el tiempo. ¿Para cuando el segundo episodio?

I’m so glad you made another podcast (even if it was without Sparsh!). When I was listening to your voice I was like,” hey, that’s Oso. I forgot what he sounded like.” That last song… wow. I think I have at least one other song that fits the theme. But I’m a good girl, so I won’t share it.
