Aural comprehension and speaking are still there, mostly intact, but I won't be surprised if they eventually cede to all the German because all of these long-ass emails I've been getting from my godkid's parents. And isn't Switzerland also not part of the UN? I remember a referendum some years ago raising the question again, and I'm pretty sure the answer was no (again).
