I couldn’t even watch the whole video because it was so awful. The guy can’t sing, the graphics are just laughable, and of course the song is wayyyyyyyyy too cheesy. And jingoistic, of course, but that’s pretty damn obvious.

obviously you havent actually watched the 87 final series recently. soviets, for the most part, dominated. this is despite typical thuggery by the canadian team. did you see when in game 1 craig hartsburg (are you kidding, what was he doing on the team) viciously cross checked krutov from behind nowhere near the play. pretty pathetic. no penalty, krutov went to the bench but stayed in the game. or when in game 2 canadian dman rochferes?? (yea exactly, who?) checked a soviet forward into fuhr as a goal was being scored, and what do you know, paul stewart rules no goal. yea, the series was def officiated objectively and fairly! please, this series was a joke. it was def the highest level of hockey ever played (arguably), but to suggest that the soviets didnt dominate, and that anyone who suggests krutov and makarov were the most exciting and dominating duo in the tourney has a brain injury of some sort, that is laughable and obviously uninformed. or possibly just inable of appreciate hockey devoid of rampant hooking and even more upsetting, dirty and dangerous play. watch some of the stickhandling and passing clinics put on by mak-krut-lar-kas-fet: sick dude. canada had one line that could even match, barely. this is a joke and im offended that i even had to respond. i guess nationalism and jingoism is still alive.
