I’m listening to de stijl and trying to get tired. Its going to be hard to fall asleep after sleeping thru much of the day. I take David Sedaris’ approach that sleeping is the best way to save money.

We got more shows coming up, one on Thursday. We’ve been trying to get ready but its tough because for some strange reason both my and Rajeev’s parents have decided to visit in the same one-week period, leaving us little time to practice. It’ll be our first show with Inder on drums so we’ll see how that goes. I think 90% of our audience is going to be comprised of lawyers and aspiring lawyers…choose your punchline.

my room is an absolute mess. i’ve never kept a clean room, in fact i’ve found it absolutely impossible to keep a clean room. also, my room doubles as our rehearsal space so theres now beer bottles in addition to the dirty clothes strewn throughout the space. its disgusting. yet i never get around to cleaning because that would mean standing up, which means hitting my head against the 6 foot high ceiling. its a vicious circle.
