I don’t know why it is but lots of glass, natural wood, and organic, curved shapes makes me happy. Kuala Lumpur airport makes me happy. It’s my kind of architecture. In fact, all throughout Malaysia I was pleasantly surprised to find so much beautiful and innovative modern architecture. And without the doctor’s office sterility of Singapore.

Architects have such a big impact on our lives. I can easily feel my mood change from leaving a big ugly concrete block of UV lighting to a more aesthetic building filled with natural light and flowing shapes. Not only does it effect my mood, but I see it effect others around me which turns into this multiplier affect of gay and happy people all skipping around holding hands.
