I also had the "play" theme in mind which made me take a lot more pictures of the rides. while i agree with your assessment of what the pb block party is about for most parties involved, there were many children there and many half-naked men as well. since your collection only features the women (and i can understand why), i don't know that it shows "all" of what the block party is about. where are all the men showing their bodies? :) ahem. i attempted to take pictures of those girls as well. i just wasn’t so successful.
