I have a bad habit. Once I start a book I have to finish it. I can’t move on to a new one until I finish what I was reading, which in this case is The Sound and the Fury. Randomhouse lists it as the six greatest novel of the 20th century. I, however, am much more aligned with a review I saw on BrothersJudd.comwhich said:
This was an excruciating reading experience. An uninteresting story, badly written. Memo to the reading public: do not get on a plane to L.A. with only this book to read.
I second that.

now is the winter of our discontent
I’m sure ryan already knows this- but if you, mr oso, had ever really listened to my incessant chatter you too would know that even if “The Sound and the Fury” sucks, “If I Forget Thee, Jerusalem” has one of the best lines about love and money ever. Really. Ever. Try it.
