poultice

I have this strange complex with certain words. I mean phonetically speaking … like, certain words just kinda get to me. Most of my close friends already know this about me. They know I detest the sound of “loaf” and “moist.”

Just now I was helping my sister study for her “Romeo and Juliet Vocab Quiz” when we came across the word poultice. It’s definition: “a soft, moist mass of bread, meal, clay or other substance.”

That is disgusting. I have lost all respect for sheakspeare
